A train sometimes passes through the railroad tracks in Stardew Valley. A player can only see it if he is outside his farm. So, if you want to catch a train passing by, you should come outside your house. Trains usually give few resources to the players which helps them in the game later. An important thing or warning to the player is to not go on the tracks while a train is passing by. As it will have consequences on their health.

Schedule of the Train

There is no fixed timetable for the train to arrive, and there is only a few seconds gap before the train pass and the notification. The frequent time period is between 9AM to 6PM in the Summer and Fall seasons.

Different Perks Dropped by the Train

There are several resources dropped by a train, which a player can grab. These resources are present in random amounts and include Coal, Geodes, Iron Ore, Leprechaun Shoes, Stone and Wood. It is not necessary for a player to be present at the rail tracks to grab these items as they spawn regardless of the location. Furthermore, if a player wants a greater number of resources, they should hit the train with a sword. But be aware not to hit the wheels of the train!

These trains cannot be boarded by the players and appear randomly. So, it all depends on their luck!!
