The game takes place in Teyvat, a fantasy land that has 7 different nations and is ruled by different gods. The story of the game shows a traveler who comes with two siblings. One of his siblings gets lost in Teyvat so to find him, the travelers involve with the people and start living there.

The game involves different levels where the player fights different bosses and gets rewarded after winning the battles. The player has two skills: Elemental skill and an Elemental bust. The players also have control over various resources and energy like ice, nature, fire, water, air, electricity, and earth. These resource helps to fight the enemies and heal simultaneously. We can also play multiplayer mode where 4 players can play together.

Legend of Shattered Halberd is the name of a book. We can find it in the region of Liyue. Players can find the 1^st, 4^th, and 5^th volumes of the series at Wanwen Bookhouse in Liyue Harbour. To find the book, you need to approach Ming Xing jewelry. The volume will cost 9000 more each.

We can find the third volume by fast traveling to Stone Gate Waypoint in northern Liyue. Near the Mountainside, you would find two couples sitting. The book will be on the top of the table eventually.

We will find 3^rd volume from a storyteller in Liyue Harbour. From the jewelry shop, finally, travel through Red stairs to find the storyteller. After talking to him, he would tell a story and simultaneously will reward the book.

To find the 6th volume, complete the Xingqiu “Bookworm Swordsman” questline. At the end of the final quest in the series -“Justice Is Its Own Reward”- players will receive the final book consequently and will earn 5 primogems for completing the full set.
