Call of duty: Cold war has received a fair share of cheer from fans and critics alike but every black ops series fan knows that the real deal is the zombie mode. The zombie mode of the game has been phenomenal so far but there have been whispers about a TranZit remake coming to cold war. Lets find out.
Plot: Call of Duty – Cold war
To avoid an attack on the free world, US President Ronald Reagan tasks CIA spy Russell Adler with tracking down Soviet agent Perseus in 1981. With the help of Alex Mason, Frank Woods, and Jason Hudson, Adler assembles an elite squad of agents, including “Bell.”
The plot revolves around Bell either betraying Adler and returning to who they were before the brainwashing, or accepting that Perseus’ goal would only bring disaster and death to Europe and assisting Adler in averting that fate.
What is the TranZit?
In Call of Duty: Black Ops II, TranZit is a Zombies story mode. Aside from the scale of the map, it works like any other Zombies map. Buildables allows the player to gather up components and assemble specific items, which provide valuable mechanics to aid the survivors in the game. The Pack-a-Punch Machine; a new Wonder Weapon, the Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23 (also known as the Jet Gun); a turbine-like handheld power source; an electric trap; an improvised automatic machine gun turret; and a Zombie Shield, a Zombies counterpart of the multiplayer weapon, the Assault Shield.
The player can also build enhancements to the bus, such as ladders and ploughs. These can help them by stopping zombies from gaining entrance to the bus or allowing access to the roof. The Denizen and the Avogadro are two new types of foes that arise.
Is it coming back to Cold war?
According to TGR, a full revamp of TranZit was planned for release during the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 game cycle. But, due to a lack of interest in Black Ops 4 Zombies, the release was pushed back. Originally, the studio planned to issue a Zombie Chronicles 2 that contained Tranzit, maybe disclosing the Bus route B.
The above picture was teased by the studio. This made many hardcore fans to analyze as to why the picture looks familiar. But, as of now, nothing is confirmed. TranZit was supposed to be released in two variants on Black Ops 4. One before the rockets fired at the conclusion of the Moon Easter egg and the other later, which was a rework of the original. However, it’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about this legendary map, and it appears that Tranzit isn’t currently available in the game. Perhaps the map will make a comeback in some form. Because Treyarch appears to be focused on delivering unique experiences this year, clearing the path for that other Bus route.
