Destiny 2 has some unique exotic weapons which could be helpful in the game if used with a catalyst. One such weapon is Ace of Spades, one of the best hand cannons in the game. However, finding its catalyst requires time and effort. In this article, we will explore everything you need to know about the Ace of Spades Catalyst.
Ace of Spades: What is it?
Ace of Spades is one of the best and most well-rounded hand cannons in Destiny 2. Just like its name, the weapon aces in range, stability, and rate of fire. The weapon without the catalyst has perks such as Memento Mori (reloading after a kill load the magazine with a few extra-damage bullets), Corkscrew Rifling(better range and stability), High-Calibre Rounds(knocks the target back farther), Firefly(cause the target to explode) and Smooth Grip(stable aim and easier to hold).
Ace of Spades Catalyst: Perks
Equipping Ace of Spades with a catalyst boosts its performance and increases the overall impact, range, stability, handling, reload speed and Rounds Per Minute. There is an additional perk with the catalyst, and that is the funeral pyre perk. The perk helps the firefly deal more damage while Memento Mori is active.
Ace of Spades Catalyst: Location
Ace of Spade catalyst can be found randomly while playing in strikes or PVP mode Crucible. There are not any other ways to get this catalyst, so it all depends upon a player’s luck and effort. Finally, after getting a catalyst, to fully charge it to its extreme, a player needs to kill 500 enemies with an Ace of Spades weapon.
Destiny 2 is available to play for free on PlayStation, Windows and Xbox.
